In short: we only use your details to get back to you about your request. The website does not store requests or use cookies, and visits are only counted anonymously.
What we receive
Only what you enter in the form: parent’s name, Telegram or phone, the child’s name and age, and your comment.
We collect nothing else. The fields about the child are optional.
Why
Only to get back to you: so that a coach can message or call you, answer your questions and enrol your child.
We do not use your details for advertising or newsletters, and we never sell or share them with other organisations.
We don’t store your details on the website
The website has no database. Your request is not saved on the site — it is sent straight to a coach as a Telegram message.
That message stays in the coaches’ work chat only for as long as needed to contact you. Just ask, and we will delete it.
No cookies, no ad trackers
The website uses no cookies or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
Visits are counted by Vercel Web Analytics — without cookies and without any data that could identify you: only anonymous statistics (which pages are opened, from which country, on which device).
Like any web server, our host Vercel may keep technical logs (IP address, browser) to run and protect the site.
Services your details pass through
Telegram delivers your request to a coach. Vercel hosts the website and counts visits. Their servers are located outside Serbia.
Your rights
At any time you can ask what details we have, correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent — just message us on Telegram or call.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Serbian Commissioner for Personal Data Protection — poverenik.rs.
